Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Nature of Services

All services provided by x.toboost are digital and intangible, delivered electronically upon payment.

2. General Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final, except where otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

3. Exceptional Refund Cases

Refunds may be granted solely at the discretion of x.toboost in the following cases:

  • Proven technical failure preventing access to purchased content

  • Duplicate or erroneous charges

  • Legal obligation to refund under applicable law

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of purchase.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • Access to the course or content has been provided

  • The user has partially or fully consumed the service

  • The issue is caused by the user’s device, internet connection, or third-party software

  • The user no longer wishes to use the service

5. Refund Process

Requests must be sent to info@x.toboost.com including order details and reason for the request.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, subject to the payment provider’s processing times.
